Yes. Many projects start with a review of what already exists. I'll tell you honestly what is worth keeping, what needs fixing and what should be replaced.

Do you work alone or with a team?

Both. I can deliver projects end-to-end, work alongside your developers, or lead a team as the technical architect.

How do you estimate projects?

After a discovery conversation I break the work into milestones with clear deliverables. Smaller projects can be fixed-price; larger or evolving ones usually work better with milestone-based or monthly engagement.
